Starting as a labor of love in our kitchen, Hop Cycle Brewing is our dream come true.   We've graduated from kitchen stove with pots and pans to a 10 barrel US-made brew-house and cellar.  Our system is crafted with care in Northern California by BrewBilt.  We exercise the same care brewing 10 barrels as we do brewing 10 gallons.   We love beers, and if you do, too, you've come to the right place!  We brew, in-house, several varieties of our own hand-crafted seasonal ales, porters, and stouts.  All of our beers are available on tap and to go.  We also offer many tastes with rotating guest taps from local breweries and cideries.  Our Chef is an imaginative gourmet and specializes in creating amazing taste experiences with locally sourced ingredients.

Current status update - as of September 7, 2016 - Steam boiler is in place and piped waiting to hook to boil kettle, hot 'liquor' tank, and mash tun.  Brewhouse tanks are completed and the BrewBilt team is finishing the "hard piping" which connects the system elements together.  A little later than we'd planned but we're hoping for Fall...
